Panos Gianneotis – Chairman

Panos Gianneotis has in-depth expertise within the entire spectrum of the gold mining business. He served in the United States Marine Corps before embarking on a career in mineral prospecting across the western United States. He has 35 years of experience in mining operations, acquisition, location, staking, drilling, permitting, and developing mineral properties and has staked thousands of mineral properties in California, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, and Arizona.

Panos founded, co-founded, and served as President of two junior mining companies and has also managed various mining operations, notably the Jackpot Placer project in Arizona, as well as multiple exploration projects in California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Alaska and Idaho. Using his extensive mining experience and a background in real estate, business, and finance, Panos continues to manage and acquire Federal mining claims and private-patented mining properties in the Southwest, Nevada, Wyoming, Utah, Mexico, and California. Notably, he successfully completed a multimillion-dollar sale of the Gold Nugget Mine, which is currently undergoing permitting for production.

When it comes to making positive inroads concerning certain initiatives of Sequoia Global Initiative Group, Panos has a committed focus on supporting Foster Youth and Veterans as they prepare to transition into society, through targeted programs that provide fundamental tools, both financial and educational, to empower them to be the best example of themselves they can be. This mission is fueled by Panos’s own life experience. He spent ten years of his youth raised in the Foster Care System and at age seventeen signed up for the US Marine Corps, where he served for four years as a Chaplain’s Assistant, ministering to fellow service men and women. John (Bo) Snell – CEO

Bo Snell has been active in multiple facets of real estate over the last 4 decades. He is a licensed general contractor and previously a real estate broker/private lender providing comprehensive underwriting and project management consulting services for commercial and residential development projects throughout the USA. His services include comprehensive feasibility, investment and market analyses, risk management evaluation, budget forecasting, financing, project procurement, design and construction management.

Bo has been actively involved in the precious metal mining industry since 2019, collaborating with Panos Gianneotis in the development of a 172 acre patented mining project in Arizona, which is in the pre-development stage as well as identifying mining claims with viable mineral resources and offer them for sale.

During Bo’s successful career as an entrepreneur, he was founder and CEO of a manufacturing company producing cast stone architectural building products for multiple national and local building companies. His operations grew to 77,000 sq. ft. of production floor space, with over 50 employees serving customers that included Masco, Centex, Lennar, Del Webb, Pulte, DR Horton and many other national accounts. Bo’s client Costco.com provided sales on a national scale shipping product around the country. The company’s products were on display at the Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference (PCBC) and the International Builder’s Conference over a 7-year period.

Bo’s commitment to humanitarian endeavors is born out of basic moral principles instilled in him from an early age. His career experiences in building, manufacturing, finance, and mining, have positioned him to help provide funding and support training programs for sustainable mining practices for artisan miners and improving health and safety standards by utilizing modern mining techniques, machinery, and business skills. Bo’s other passions are focused on providing affordable housing, clean water and regenerative farming facilities to help end world starvation. Bo has always had a heart for helping others achieve their goals, and that commitment is even stronger today. He believes that God put us all on this earth to make a difference and leave a legacy behind and he is driven to make his mark on this earth.

Mandy Snell – Programs Director

Mandy Snell began her career in the construction industry in 1987 as Project Manager and Designer for their custom home construction company. Over the years, as she became more involved in the business, her role evolved into overseeing the daily management, promoting a strong and forward thinking company culture and modeling effective management through strategic planning, financial acumen and leadership skills. She created and stands by the Mission Statement for the organization: “If Not Now – When – If Not Us – Who?” – a strong call to action for the team as a whole.

Mandy’s commitment to the well-being of humanity is demonstrated by her passion for creating affordable housing for the under-qualified and under-privileged and strives to find affordable solutions to solve the homeless and unaffordability housing crisis without government intervention. She currently serves on the Board of Directors as Construction Chair for a local chapter of Habitat for Humanity International and was instrumental in the build out of an affordable housing project for a Non-Profit organization located in Arizona, USA. Her vision for restoring prosperity and peace to all who dwell on this planet are driving factors for her humanitarian cause.

Sean King – Project Manager

Sean King is a former Heavy Machine Specialist in the US Army. Sean had received awards from the military as well as his peers for his exemplary work ethic and was chosen with nine other soldiers to meet and confer in private with former Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, while they were all in Iraq. Sean served a year in Iraq repairing military heavy equipment in 122-degree heat. Sean knew he was ready to accept the position of Foreman and Project Manager for GoldStrike Resources. His responsibilities include purchasing, overseeing the operating and repair of equipment, crew management and scheduling, and site development.

Sean’s core values of integrity, accountability and transparency, along with his faith and compassion for others, are what drive him to make a positive impact in the world around him. As a disabled veteran he is passionate about quality and continuity of care for the physical and mental wellbeing of so many suffering veterans; needs that are so often overlooked or ignored. He also strives to help develop today’s youth into becoming productive and responsible caregivers and preservers of the world’s resources through programs that educate youth on how to organically and humanely raise livestock and practice sustainable and regenerative farming that will produce nutrient rich foods for generations to come.
